Shoreline IPA

February 3, 2026 /

This shoreline can be considered tropical. A nice dose of Citra for the dry-hopping will give this IPA an great Key West feel. Close to perfect, far from normal.

About The Brewer

Otto came to the US from Munich early in the 1900’s. He was from a long-standing brewing family. He passed down his love of beer to his grandkids. Now they are brewing beers that would make Otto proud. Prost.

About Otto’s Garage

One of Otto’s grandkids had the opportunity to spend some time at UC Davis attending their Professional Brewer’s Certificate Program. Now he knows why those home-brewed bottles exploded back in the 90’s. Beer is now safely brewed in the garage.
