This is an Irish Red redux for 2024. The barrister’s in Colorado requested this after they passed their bar exams. Order in the court!

About The Brewer

Otto came to the US from Munich early in the 1900’s. He was from a long-standing brewing family. He passed down his love of beer to his grandkids. Now they are brewing beers that would make Otto proud. Prost.

About Otto’s Garage

One of Otto’s grandkids had the opportunity to spend some time at UC Davis attending their Professional Brewer’s Certificate Program. Now he knows why those home-brewed bottles exploded back in the 90’s. Beer is now safely brewed in the garage.
